Only fully completed applications will be accepted. Do not send incomplete forms. Scanned forms are acceptable.

Your place on the bus will be secured when all forms and deposit are received.

  • You must download, complete, and return to us, a copy of our application form. After completing the form, return it, along with your completed signature page, signed rules page, a copy of your health card and your deposit payment to:

  • The cost of the trip will be $3500 which will include transportation, housing, food (breakfast & Supper) and admission to scheduled attractions.

    For spending money we suggest credit card, debit cards for security purposes.

    A $1500 deposit must accompany this application. Full payment is due by April 1.

    Payment options include: personal check; cashiers check; money order; credit card or PayPal. Any checks or money orders must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. Cash payments are not accepted.

    In the event that we do not have 40 students registered by March 15 we reserve the right to cancel the trip and return all monies paid. Only computer generated or typed forms are acceptable.
